Delivery Information

We usually deliver goods ordered to your school or college as this saves all of us time and money. However, if you want it delivered elsewhere then we will apply a delivery charge and usually we can deliver within 10 working days. Due to the fact that many hundreds of thousands of learners are returning to schools and colleges at roughly the same time, delivery times can be more than this. From August to October each year, there is huge pressure on suppliers like us, our suppliers, embroiderers and delivery firms. The earlier you can order, the better it is.

If we are delivering to you directly, try to make sure that the delivery (shipping address) is occupied most of the day because most deliveries take place from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm. If our delivery agents cannot fulfil a delivery, they will return the goods to us and we will contact you. We usually notify you by email that we have despatched the goods to you.

We will try to supply as much of the order as possible. Sometimes goods might have to follow on later. If there is an issue, we will contact you by email to tell you.


If you want to cancel an order then let us know as soon as possible.  Please send an email which contains your order references and make sure that the subject heading contains the word "cancellation" as this will help us to quickly identify it.

If you are not happy with the goods then please do return them, unused within 14 days and we will issue a refund. By Law, ( under Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000), you have a 7 day 'cooling off'' period from the day you receive the  goods, in which time you should notify us  that you wish to cancel your order (contract) with us and a full refund be given, including any original delivery charges. (This does not apply to goods which are customised to order, of course).  If the goods have already been dispatched and it is simply a 'change of heart' then the return delivery costs will be bourn by you.. However, if there is a fault, the return delivery costs will be bourn by us . I fyou are in doubt as to any of this or what it means then contact us and we will be pleased to explain in more detail.

Please ensure that you check upon receipt of the order that the goods are correct, free from faults or are in anyway not what you thought in terms of quality, then you should ("must" is better but a little too assertive) tell us within 3 days and we will make good the order or issue a refund by bank transfer.

If the goods have been customised with your name or initials, for example, then we only want them back if they are faulty. We spend a lot time checking orders, quality and have systems to ensure that you get the goods you pay for, on time and at the correct quality and so it is important for us to see any faulty goods to see what's gone wrong.

None of our terms or conditions affect your statutory rights.
If you are unhappy with anything that we've done then please contact us and we will try to sort everthing out. Hopefully, from reading these terms and conditions, you will understand that we are a honest and open company that wants its customers to spread a message of good rather than ill will. Our future depends upon good customer service because that's how we've built our business so far.
